Masterbatch made for your line
Five product families, one standard: precise color, clean dispersion and batch-to-batch consistency.
- White
- Black
- Yellow
- Red
- Blue
- Green
- Beige
Also available: metallic and transparent color series.
Color Masterbatch
Highly concentrated pigments dispersed in a carrier resin, ready to let down at the machine. Choose from our standard range — white, black, yellow, red, blue, green and beige — our metallic and transparent series, or send us a sample and we will match it.
- Carrier
- LDPE · LLDPE · PP · Universal
- Pigment loading
- 20 – 50 %
- Typical dosage
- 1 – 4 %
- Color tolerance
- ΔE ≤ 1.0 vs. approved standard
Used in
- Blown Film
- Injection Moulding
- Blow Moulding
- Fiber & Raffia
- Pipe & Profile
- Sheet & Extrusion
White Masterbatch
Rutile titanium-dioxide whites engineered for high opacity at low dosage — from thin packaging films to thick-walled injection parts. Brightness stays consistent from batch to batch.
- TiO₂ content
- 50 – 70 % (rutile)
- Carrier
- LDPE · LLDPE · PP
- Typical dosage
- 2 – 5 %
- Key property
- High brightness · excellent dispersion
Used in
- Blown Film
- Injection Moulding
- Blow Moulding
- Sheet & Extrusion
Black Masterbatch
Carbon-black masterbatches for deep, uniform blacks. Fine carbon black also shields the polymer from sunlight, making our blacks the natural choice for pipes, agricultural film and outdoor products.
- Carbon black
- 30 – 50 %
- Carrier
- LDPE · HDPE · PP
- Typical dosage
- 1 – 3 %
- Key property
- Jetness · UV & weather resistance
Used in
- Blown Film
- Pipe & Profile
- Injection Moulding
- Fiber & Raffia
- Sheet & Extrusion
Filler Masterbatch
Mineral-filled compounds that replace part of the virgin polymer. Our calcium carbonate filler adds stiffness and output; sodium filler keeps films clearer; natural filler serves general-purpose moulding and extrusion.
- Types
- Calcium · Sodium · Natural
- Mineral loading
- 70 – 80 %
- Typical dosage
- 5 – 40 %
- Key property
- Cost reduction · stiffness · output
Used in
- Blown Film
- Fiber & Raffia
- Injection Moulding
- Sheet & Extrusion
Moisture Dana (Desiccant)
A desiccant masterbatch that captures moisture inside the extruder, especially when running recycled or humid material. Films and parts come out free of bubbles, holes and lacing without pre-drying.
- Active base
- Calcium oxide
- Carrier
- LDPE · LLDPE
- Typical dosage
- 1 – 3 %
- Best for
- Recycled & humid material
Used in
- Blown Film
- Fiber & Raffia
- Sheet & Extrusion
Typical values for guidance. Final dosage depends on your polymer, process and wall thickness — our technical team will confirm it for your application.
Custom color matching
Send us a shade — we will make it
Share a physical sample, a finished part or a Pantone/RAL reference. Our lab formulates the match, presses a test plaque for your approval and locks the formula for every repeat order.
- 1. Your reference Sample, part or color code
- 2. Lab formulation Match on your carrier and process
- 3. Your approval Test plaque sent for sign-off
- 4. Production Same formula, every repeat order
Packaging & storage
25 kg bags, clearly labelled
- Packed in 25 kg bags, palletized and stretch-wrapped for export
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture
- Recommended storage temperature: 5 °C – 35 °C
- Batch number on every bag for full traceability
Need a color matched or an additive dosed?
Send us a sample, a Pantone/RAL code or your application — our lab will propose the right grade and let-down ratio.
